Trust me, it was worth it: cold potato-broccoli soup, laced with plenty of fresh herbs. It was not fun to cook in this heat, but it was absolutely delightful to eat.

it is all of 54 degrees right now, 9h23 in the a.m. going up to maybe touch 70 today. it's a chilly one.
this soup looks tasty, and i like the choice of cooking vessel. pretty.
it's also useful as a tool to bludgeon any intruders.
