At the End of My 30-Foot Leash

Earlier this summer, there was a quiche renaissance out west.

I had a bit of my own here the other day, with a broccoli-cheddar-chive version, sprinkled with sesame seeds. I put some ground walnuts in the crust and made it with half whole-wheat flour to pretend that it was healthy.

My favorite thing about quiche (other than the B52's song, of course) is how it's perfect for every meal of the day. I can't think of another dish quite like that.

wow, nutty crust, I bet that was for "pretending it was healthy" that alone MAKES it healthy!
