knitting is essentially just a bunch of knots, i suppose. but i'll let the words scripted onto the wall speak for themselves and perhaps tell us that knots are perhaps much more.

i like "a knot allows" the best.
and knitting is really just loops that act as knots. it's kind of scary how simple it is but how complex it can look depending on how you manipulate the loops.
it really is the world's most boring hobby, however. almost intolerable.
reminds me of the work of John Bisbee... however his medium is Iron...
