Falafel, Of Course

And from a new place that an old friend introduced me to. It's from an upscale deli/sandwich shop on 3rd Ave. in Murray Hill called Delectica. The owner is Israeli, and apparently only deigns to make falafel on Fridays. They're not listed anywhere on the menu- and did I mention that one of these sandwiches, tucked into his homemade pita bread, sets you back $8.40?

I know, it's ridiculous. But goodness it is INSANELY delicious. I wanted to not like it, at that price (this is street food, after all), but I couldn't help but devour it and want it again, this very Friday.
